Are service animals allowed? Yes! Trained service animals are always welcome. Under the ADA, a service animal is a dog individually trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability.

Are emotional support animals or pets allowed? No.
To ensure the safety of the children and families visiting us, emotional support animals, therapy animals, and family pets are not permitted inside the park.
If it is not clear that your animal is a service animal, Under Virginia State Law: Virginia Code § 51.5-44.1, falsely representing a pet as a service animal (including the use of fake vests or IDs,which can be purchased online) is a Class 4 misdemeanor punishable by a Fine of up to $250.
